Advancement recording

Pack 534 uses Scoutbook to track and manage advancements and awards for the Cub Scouts. The tool makes it easy for parents to follow along with their scout's progress toward rank achievement, and to record completed requirements. It's immensely helpful for the Den Leaders to keep track of their Den's advancement to ensure no one is left behind.

Scoutbook is also the primary communication tool for Pack 534. Parents can view upcoming events, receive reminders, and event updates through Scoutbook notices.

Tracking your Scout's advancement

The purpose of Scoutbook is to manage and record your son's advancement through Scouting by recording requirements and adventures as complete. The Den Leader will record requirements completed in Den meets, but it's the parent's responsibility to record requirements completed at home so the Den Leader can know when to order recognition awards. Follow this video on how to view and record your scout's advancement.

Viewing Pack & Den events in Scoutbook

Scoutbook will also be the place that the Den and Pack leaders will manage events. Scoutbook has a calendar to show all upcoming events and can even track RSVPs.  Use this video to find and view events on the Pack calendar.
